Planner
The project planner is a set of guidelines to facilitate a pupil led enquiry in to Road Safety issues.
It is not a step by step guide to producing a report, but more a series of questions that allow pupils to think around an issue and consider what elements they would like to research.
As a teacher you may want to adapt the framework to suit the ability of your pupils. You may for instance, want to make the enquiry more teacher led and give the pupils stricter parameters in which to work.
Pupils who are familiar with the enquiry process and its associated pedagogy will probably still need some guidance, particularly regarding the choice of topic and where to find relevant information. Within the framework it is left up to the pupils how they would like to present their project.
However, you may wish to give them more guidelines, particularly if you would like to incorporate their work into a display.
